Can I cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, we'll still be friends!

Once your order has been processed, unfortunately we won't be able to make any changes.
Oops! We apologize for the confusion with your order! Please email hello@colo.pt with your order number and photos of the products you received.
All order issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
Exchanges & Returns
COLO has a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your order must be in the same condition as when you received it, with no signs of use, in the original packaging. You will also need to have proof of purchase.
You must send us an email to hello@colo.pt stating that you wish to return or exchange an item so that we can share the return address with you and reserve the item you wish to exchange for.
Once we receive the items and confirm that they are in perfect condition, we will send you the new ones (at no additional cost) or issue a refund.
Refunds will be made to the same payment method.
The cost of returning or exchanging the item is the responsibility of the customer. However, in the case of an exchange, the shipping of the new item will be covered by COLO.
For items to be accepted for exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The products and their packaging must be in new condition, undamaged, with all accessories, labels and manuals intact, without signs of use, in their original packaging and sealed (if applicable).
- In the event of a return or cancellation of the order, the amount paid for the products will be refunded within a maximum period of 14 days, counting from the day the return is received by COLO, using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
- In case of exchange or return, the costs of shipping the product to our address will be borne by the customer.
- If the reason for the return is our responsibility (e.g., a defective or incorrect item), we will collect the item from the delivery address using a courier service, free of charge. If the reason is otherwise, the return cost will be borne by the customer.
- Products and invoices must be sent via courier to the address you provide when you contact us by email. COLO cannot collect them from any other address or institution (e.g., CTT or pick-up points).
- COLO assumes no responsibility in the event of loss of an item sent by the customer, nor for the conditions in which it is delivered by the carrier. If the item sent by the customer suffers any type of damage during transport, the carrier will be held liable.
You will be notified as soon as we receive your order and after examining the items, you will also be informed whether or not you are entitled to a refund of the amounts paid. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank to process and post the refund.
Shipping & Payment
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email informing you that our team has received your order. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email notification with your order tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
No, at the moment shipments are only to mainland Portugal and portuguese islands.
We use CTT as our shipping partner.
Prices vary depending on your location, order weight and chosen shipping method, and will be calculated automatically and displayed during checkout.
The prices shown already include VAT at the current legal rate.
An order is dispatched taking into account the shipping method chosen by the User when registering the order and only after payment has been validated.
The order is dispatched by Registered CTT.
Deliveries to mainland Portugal are made within 1-2 working days, plus the order preparation time (normally 1 working day). This period applies to items in stock and that do not indicate a different delivery period in their description.
In the case of shipments to the Azores and Madeira Islands, deliveries are made via CTT within 1-3 working days, plus the order preparation time (normally 1 working day).
When the order is dispatched, the User receives an email where they can confirm the tracking code, to monitor the delivery information.
Sometimes shipping tracking information may be incorrect and orders are marked as delivered before they arrive.
